To one of our important customers in Lund we are now looking for a Senior Technical Process Manager.

Scope of the assignment

Investigate improvement possibilities within ESS regarding processes, methodologies and problem solving within technical areas. The goal is to unblock barriers in a pragmatic way. The subject areas may vary and interacting with different levels of the organization is key in order to collect input on what is needed and what the way forward is. Advisory position within the technical directorate to the technical director as well as the engineering manager.

Required education background and professional experience

•Self-driven, self-sufficient, very well organized and planned•A fast learner regarding standards, procedures and engineering frameworks and handbooks•Comfortable handling multiple dependencies between teams, systems, and their integration•Naturally identifies weaknesses, misalignments, gaps, barriers to effectiveness and actively proposes solutions to streamline and integrate•Pragmatic, no-nonsense approach in identifying improvement areas versus time and resources available•Very good communicator and facilitator (both oral, written and workshop communication); capable ofearning quick buy-in and developing allies in the Organisation•A good leader and team-work facilitator: actively engages teams from various divisions in improvement initiatives•A strong change driver: capable of convincing teams to change their working practices, and to sacrifice local ways of doing things in favor of streamlined, company-wide frameworks•Able to work with highly expert and ambitious individuals, applies “hard to problem, friendly to people” approach•Motivated to actively step in to understand and help resolve potential conflicting requirements or engineering practices between divisions and system owners•Can stand up to a challenge of achieving highly complex tasks with diverse teams in a short time, can maintain a high pace and pressure on projects he manages.
