The Product Group Transformer Components and Service is a key product group within Hitachi Energy. In one of our main units, located in Ludvika, Sweden, we develop, sell, and produce Transformer Bushings and Tap-Changers.
We are looking for a new R&D SCM Specialist, who will be a speaking partner towards our suppliers for R&D projects. You will be located in Ludvika, but you will collaborate on a global arena with a wide range of stakeholders. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join us in making it happen?
As R&D SCM Specialist, you will be part of a key function in driving and coordinating sourcing activities together with our suppliers and internal interfaces such as Engineering, Production, Quality and Marketing & Sales. You will work together with a team of category specialists, who support each other in a high paced environment with great atmosphere and also with stakeholders to compare and develop the best value chain for the new product, considering total cost of ownership.
To be successful in this role you need to be a team player with entrepreneurial attitude who is driven, structured and has a result-oriented mindset. You understand, discuss, and agree on CAD drawings & parts tolerance with suppliers and translate engineering requests into SCM parameters for execution.
