We are looking for a Treasury Analyst, who will be a key member of treasury and work in a broad role with daily management and development of our treasury operation across the Saab Group. The Group Treasury function is the Saab Group's in-house bank and is responsible for managing the Group's financial exposures within the areas of: Funding & Investing, Foreign Exchange, Trade & Export Finance, Insurance and the Saab Pension trust. The role will require you to take own responsibility and you will be expected to collaborate with the whole treasury department. You will be part of a people-oriented organization consisting of 20 highly motivated and skilled Treasury specialists that manage all treasury matters for the Saab Group. The treasury team is located in Linköping and the Treasury Analyst will report to the Head of Internal Bank. Your role In the role as Treasury Analyst, you will work with tasks of both strategic and operative nature within the area of cash management and internal funding as well as projects related to treasury processes. It is important that you are service-minded and have a drive and interest to identify areas and processes which can be developed and made more efficient. You are also expected to lead in related projects. The role includes but is not limited to: * Managing tasks for treasury's daily routines within cash management and internal funding * Capital structure analysis and management * Cash flow analysis and reporting * Transformation and change management * Stay up to date with new technology and standard changes in Treasury domain * Support business units and local companies both strategically and ad-hoc * Analyze the Group's banking infrastructure and suggest changes where needed * Maintain bank relationships such as negotiations and due diligence related questions * Prepare management presentation material for various internal and external meetings Examples of project or tasks may be: * Payment factory solution * Group internal netting process * Streamline bank account setup * Analysis of payment statistics and recommendation for improvement Your profile To be successful in this position we anticipate that you have a few years of relevant working experience from a corporate treasury function or similar finance role within banking or larger corporation. As a person we anticipate that you are curious, communicative and a great collaborator. You enjoy working in a cross-functional setting and you're comfortable in driving change through projects. Further, you are reliable, analytical and solution-oriented with a positive problem-solving mindset. A team player who enjoys working together and helping out whenever needed. Innovative and curious about new technical solutions and ways of working is a must. Required skills: * Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English. * A good understanding in communicating cross a multifunctional setting where you are used to dealing with multiple stakeholders. * Strong drive to identify and lead change * A relevant academic degree, preferably in finance, engineering, business administration or similar knowledge acquired through working experience Desired skills: * A few years of working experience from treasury or similar roles * Experience from change/project management. * Experience of working with treasury management systems, preferably FIS Quantum. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
