Now Hesselberg Maskin is also starting operations in Kaunis, Pajala, and we are looking for another 1-2 service technicians. Hesselberg needs a wide range of skills such as: electricity/electronics, welding, hydraulics, good knowledge of diesel engines, or simply that you are a really good mechanic. A prerequisite, regardless of where your expertise lies, is that you have experience, as well as an interest in doing mechanical work in vehicles - preferably heavier vehicles.

We are looking for fairly independent service technicians for our newly started team in Kaunis, as the team is not yet that big. Everyone will be able to contribute with their specific competence and there is also the possibility of competence development through Hesselberg's internal training package to fill any competence needs of the individual. The work is scheduled for daytime in 7/7 shifts (working for 7 days straight, an then 7 days off).

Responsibilities

The position includes many varied tasks, for example:

• Changing components on machinery
• Troubleshooting
• Common maintenance service -Changing oil, oil samples etc.
• Repairing diesel engines
• Vehicle electricity
• You will come into contact with computerized devices, so some computer skills are required, then you can learn what you need
• Everything from small sensor adjustments to large components that need to be adjusted

We work with large trucks!

Qualifications

Requirement:

• A few years of relevant experience in mechanics
• Good English skills in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• All types of training for mechanics, heavy machinery, etc.
• Knowledge in welding
• Knowledge of diesel engines
• Knowledge in hydraulics
• Knowledge in electricity/electronics
• Knowledge in electrical high voltage
• Swedish in speech and writing

As the position is very broad, you can come from many different backgrounds, but just a few examples of suitable previous experience can be: truck mechanic, electrician, welder, work with tuning car engines, mechanic on a drilling rig, service technician, etc.
