We are seeking a Design Lead that will have a strong impact on web, app and email designs. This role requires an incredible eye for detail and ability to think big and innovate solutions that align with our users needs and company priorities. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle from discovery through to delivery of end to end experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality designs and prototypes across multiple verticals
• Conduct regular user testing and research
• Engage regularly with key stakeholders across product, tech and editorial to ensure our user and business needs
• Demonstrate superb practical design skills including layout, color, typography and responsive design
• Advocate the importance of usability, accessibility, and interaction design

Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in a design role with strong experience as a Product, UX or UI Designer
• Excellent practical design skills including layout, color, typography and responsive design demonstrated through strong design portfolio
• Drawing/sketching skills for campaign ideas and mockups
• Experience using different design tools such as: Sketch, Figma, Zepin, Creative cloud, Invision etc.
• Knowledge designing for A/B and multivariate testing
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills
• Huge attention to detail
• Able to deal with ambiguity and demonstrate resilience if priorities change
