Deployment Manager

Are you a proactive Deployment Manager with a talent for coordinating deployments across various environments? Do you enjoy global teamwork, improving ways of working and enhance collaboration and communication among stakeholders? If so, we want you to join our team as our new Deployment Manager!

Your role:

As a Deployment Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating deployment activities across development, test, and production environments. You work closely to our current deployment manager and the test & deploy team consisting of 7 highly skilled professionals located in Södertälje and Malaysia. You will report to our Head of Operations IT and your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating global teamwork to set up current solutions for onboarding new markets

• Coordinate, plan and execute releases

• Lead and coordinate a global team to pulse the work, secure alignment to prioritize and report progress • Handle incidents, problems and escalations related to our services

• Drive improvements and establish sustainable processes

Competence and experience:

• ITIL/Service Management certification • Experience in deployment and release management in an international environment

• You are confident in working and leading virtual teams and resources

• Deep understanding of development processes, business requirements and working with key business and technology stakeholders

• Good understanding of architecture and infrastructure components

• Strong Project Management skills

• Proficiency with Jira
