We maximise parts lifespan and optimize material handling when cars are reaching their end of life. The environment we operate in is undergoing a great transformation, not only from a vehicle technology perspective and digitalization, but also our customers’ expectations. We need to change with it. We are now looking for a Reuse Parts Developer to our team.  What you’ll do In this role, you will work with planning and in the daily operation incl. product portfolio and sourcing of parts, developing the reuse product portfolio for the entire reuse business. You will work with the technical product, including fulfilment of legal requirements, safety and certification and support with setting the product roadmap and implement and deliver according to plan. You will work closely with the Reuse Parts Product Owner to secure correct product content. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders incl. facilitating workshops in the value chain to develop and implement the operational solution. The focus is always to increase circular business, reduce our environmental footprint and increase profit.  Who you are The role requires you have prior knowledge and a few years of experience from automotive spare parts, with focus on the technical side. Experience from working in projects, can do attitude and be a part of the daily operational work. Your communication skills need to be good, as you will work as part of a team and have extensive interaction cross-functionally and act in a multi-cultural environment. Competence and skills are important, but personality is key. The role has high requirements on collaboration, like working with others to reach common goals and have a high drive with a positive attitude when solving joint problems.
