As a Senior Motion Designer at Epidemic Sound, you’re one of the senior members of the Brand & Creative team. You are reliable and self going. For you, it is obvious you are responsible for managing all your projects, from start to finish. You have no problem handling bigger projects by yourself in a structured way, where you make use of your experience to effectively understand the project at hand.


You are a natural team player. You are actively collaborating, guiding and leading other team members or third party producers within different projects. You have a great way of handling feedback and you always have constructive and strategic reasoning behind it. You are a stellar communicator and get to guide and support stakeholders around the organization in design and brand production.


The senior motion designer always has brand strategies and implementation top of mind. You act like an advocate for the brand identity in all the projects you’re embarking on and are seen as a motion expert within the company at large.


Ultimately, the senior motion designer will help ensure that the creative team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality content.


All team members within the creative team are a part of maintaining and developing the visual identity of Epidemic Sound. This covers our full visual expression and includes all kinds of graphic material (both digital and printed, still and motion), through-out all of the company’s different platforms.



Key Responsibilities

  • Produce video content and motion graphics
  • Work actively to translate ideas into interesting and compelling motion assets
  • Part of leading motion development
  • Ensure maintenance of the Epidemic Sound brand identity
  • Direct internal and external productions
  • Create templates, motion assets based on visual identity and set guidelines
  • Supporting with motion overlays, VFX, editing and formatting


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience within this field
  • Proven skills within motion design
  • Proven skills within 2D and/or 3D production
  • Portfolio showcasing width of skills
  • Working experience within the Adobe Suite
  • Aptitude in design (form, color, typography, layout - you know the drill)
  • Strong attention to detail, creative flair, and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
