As the Release Manager, you'll play a valuable role in leading the release process from start to finish. What you’ll be doing: * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of software releases across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). * Proven experience in release orchestration tools and methodologies is required. This includes experience in: Automating release workflows and pipelines (CI/CD) * Integrating development, testing, and deployment processes * Utilizing configuration management tools * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, testing, operations) to ensure alignment and overcome challenges. * Proactively identify opportunities to improve release processes and tools, driving continuous improvement. * Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You’ll join a passionate and innovative team dedicated to delivering high-quality software. The role is based in Warsaw or Tricity, Poland or Stockholm, Sweden. Who you are Collaboration. Ownership. To succeed in this role, we believe that you: * Proactively identify opportunities to improve release orchestration and automation. * Have exceptional communication skills at all levels, effectively conveying complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. * Are self-driven. Your experience and background:   * 5+ years of experience in related work experience in large-scale transformation programs (preferred). * Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Release Management with a strong track record of successful releases. * Proven experience in release orchestration tools and methodologies (CI/CD, configuration management tools) is required. * Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe) and release management best practices. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
