What you will do:

We are looking for a Digital Product Area Manager for Responsive Supply Networks who will own and drive the end-to-end concepts related to Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Manufacturing Support and Industrial IoT.

• Develop strong working relationships with business owners, digital product area owners, Factory 4 Tomorrow Core team and the value teams connected to Responsive Supply Networks Area.
• Retain great relationships with our internal network of employees working with Digital & IT, Operations & Purchasing
• Supports to facilitate flow by possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay, Plan to Produce, Manufacturing Support and Industrial IoT including the related dependencies towards other teams.
• Lead and enable the Responsive Supply Networks team, encourage personal & professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement in the way of working and contribute to grow maturity of the stable teams.
• Evolve vision and strategy cross digital products in Responsive Supply Networks Area, engage in building the overall roadmap development & prioritization of Product & Machine Delivery initiatives and ensure alignment with the strategy & philosophy of Volvo Construction Equipment.
• Manage & own budget connected to Responsive Supply Networks and provide input to an overall One Digital Core Budget to Head of Digital Core Cross Enterprise Management.

Who are you?

• 5-10 years of experience within Digital & IT, Operations, Purchasing or a comparable field; having experience leading people is a plus
• You have solid experience in working with ERP and MES solutions
• You are curious about Industry 4.0 solutions and have some understanding about IoT
• You dare to try new things, are not afraid to be wrong and learn from mistakes
• You have a passion for working with Agile Teams and developing people
• You lead through empowerment and trust
• You facilitate collaboration independent of organizational belongings
• You have experience from driving change in a global environment
