We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Customer Care Global team as a Customer Care Experience Specialist.

About the Role:

As a Customer Care Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the customer and dealer support experience. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the success of our digital platforms, aligning them with our overarching CX strategy and evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that product data and content on the B2B Dealer Portal meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the product vision to life.
  • Prioritize tasks based on customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Review, update, and take corrective actions in STEP/MPIM.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced customer experience.
  • With a CX mindset, propose enhancements in IT tools and specify requirements.
  • Identify process development opportunities and explore new technologies for improved CX and business efficiency.

Who You Are:

  • University degree within IT, Engineering, Business Development, or similar.
  • Passionate about customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Skilled in collaboration, able to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in project leadership and effective task prioritization.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Husqvarna Group divisions and B2B tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Experience in working at both operational and strategic levels.

Location: The position is located at our office in Huskvarna, with the possibility to a hybrid working model.
