What about the job?

In this position, you frequently interact with our sales areas – conducting problem solving, field testing, product demos and process optimization. Working closely together with our customers, you train them in using our products and analyze their technical needs to make sure that our products remain market leading. To enhance performance metrics and the development of innovative tools, you also provide performance feedback to our R&D team and Product Managers.

With your technical expertise, you explore, identify and develop new application areas – as well as existing ones – and you’re always ready to respond to more complex technical questions. You also troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems that may arise during or after an implementation. Understanding the whole supply chain and our customers’ needs is key to your success and by collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you build a high level of understanding and competence in all areas connected to our business.

The location for this position is Sandviken, Sweden – as this is where most of the team are, as well as one of our key production units. We offer a hybrid work set-up, where you can combine remote and office work. Since you collaborate closely with our global sales department and our customers in Europe and Asia, frequent international travelling (up to 50 percent) is a natural part of your assignment.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone with a relevant engineering degree – for example mechanical, mining, mechatronics, electronics or computer engineering. You have a background of several years within a technical role, where you’ve acquired some knowledge within mining, preferably surface mining, drilling and blasting. Acting in a truly global organization calls for excellent English skills, verbally and in writing.

We’re fascinated by your can-do attitude and structured approach, combined with your true technical interest and ability to successfully drive progress. Leading the way, making informed decisions, prioritizing and performing your assignments in a hands-on manner goes without saying and your analytical features enable you to collect data in a structured way.
