We are currently looking for a Planner to join us in Drive System Service who will be the hub behind our team of 13 experienced, skilled and positive service engineers.

Your responsibilities

• You will hold an exciting position in our business where you manage our resources both tactically and operationally. The goal is to be able to deliver our services to our customers in the best possible way.
• Your work will include resource planning for 13 service engineers, from Kiruna in the north to Umeå in the south. You are responsible for ensuring that we have the right person in the right place within the agreed time frame.
• Your role gives you a great deal of influence over the results of the business and affects how our customers view how we meet our commitments.
• You will work closely with our service engineers where we place great emphasis on our positive culture.
• You will be responsible for our customer orders, including planning, purchasing, delivery, closing and follow-up.

Your background

• We are looking for someone with at least a high school education and previous experience in resource planning.
• Knowledge and experience of ERP systems, such as SAP, is desirable.
• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a service-driven organization.
• We would like you to have a technical interest.
• As a person, you are communicative, meticulous and flexible, and you have a talent for organizing and planning.
• You always see new opportunities and solutions and have no problem adapting to the changing needs of the business.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
