Are you a sales manager with a strong customer focus, with the ambition to support our customers in their journey towards fossil freedom? We have an interesting position for you!

BA Customers & Solutions is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Head of Industrial Production Client reporting to the Director of Business Sales Nordic. You will become a member of the management team of Business Sales Nordic.

Business Sales Nordic have the responsibility for commodity related sales in all our four Nordic countries, with a strong position due to the Nordic partner strategy and sustainability related offerings. We are in the forefront regarding all types of flexibility services in connection to our customers flexible assets, and will have a strong focus keeping that position in the extensive market development we foresee. The position as advisor and “right hand” to our customers will continue to be a trade mark of our market presence. Focus areas going forward are:

  • Growing a long term profitable B2B commodity sales business in the Nordic market
  • with focus on customer loyalty
  • Enhance customer journeys and cost optimization i.e. by accelerating digitalization
  • Gain a market share in new business by growing decentralized solutions
  • Continuously develop the capabilities and “culture” of the organization in a fast changing market and new customer needs

Your role and key responsibilities

As Head of Industrial Production Clients you have the following tasks and key responsibilities:

  • With your team you are responsible for our customer contacts in the Nordic industrial production industry
  • Responsible for the profitability in your sales portfolio
  • Lead and develop a team of approximately 15 Account Managers based in different locations in Sweden, in Denmark and Finland
  • Maintaining a positive relation with current customers as well as creating contacts with new potential customers
  • Driving complex negotiations in a confident, empathic and clear way
  • Actively promote a healthy work environment through our systematic Health & Safety approach
  • Be a valuable and active member of the management team of Business Sales Nordic


Qualifications

Professional and personal characteristics

ou have a relevant university degree or equivalent and several years of managerial experience from working in a large complexed sales business. You have a thorough understanding and extensive experience of the energy market and as a sales manager. You are able to handle internal and external interfaces and stakeholders effectively. Your possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Your personal skills:

  • Are an expert in creating trustful relationships with others.
  • Have a strong drive to perform and are result oriented.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and work in a transparent way.
  • Have a good track record when it comes to leadership and making an impact, where you have a personal interest in developing yourself, your people and team in a coaching way. You give feedback and ask for feedback in return.
  • Strong command of Swedish and English, both verbally and written
