You'll be a key player in unlocking the full potential of our Salesforce platform (Sales- and Service Cloud). Leverage your expertise in declarative configuration and custom solution design to become a true Salesforce rockstar!Responsibilities

• Leverage declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.) to automate processes, enforce data quality, and streamline user processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce configurations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions through process mapping and solution design.
• Develop and deliver clear training and documentation to ensure user adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.
• Collaborate effectively with the technical lead, developers and system administrator to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates.

Who you are

• Proven experience working with Salesforce (Sales- and Service Cloud) in a business analyst or similar role (3-5 years experience with Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of declarative configuration tools within Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Project management experience (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
