The role: As a System Integration specialist you have a key role within the organization.  You will drive the integration strategies, both for internal and external integrations. The expectations will be high and you need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills since you will be working with many different stakeholders like other development teams, product managers and our customer facing organization. Key responsibilities: * Lead the development and execution of comprehensive integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards. * Drive different ISO standards from an integration perspective. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. * Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration processes, ensuring reliability and performance. * Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. * Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in system integration to implement best practices and efficient solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile: * Masters degree in Computer Science or related   * Extensive experience with software development and specifically integrations. * Broad cloud experience * Deep understanding in different integration patterns. * Deep programming knowledge and experience with different tech stacks, preferably .Net. * A good communicator and leader that can share knowledge and experience within the organization. This role will be within a development team, so you will expect to work both within the team, but also driving things on a more strategical level at the same time.
