We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Manager to Getinge Sterilization in Getinge, Halmstad.
Our Getinge site is the hub of our Global Sterilization Technology. Our sterilization machines are used by global multinational customers as well as smaller local customers in Biopharma, Biomedical Research and Laboratory.
As our new Senior HR Manager, you are offered a place in a successful company whose main purpose is to help save lives. With us, you will get the opportunity to manage the overall HR responsibility at the site and act as a key driver and leader in ensuring the effective development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes.
What you will do
In the role as Senior HR Manager, you will lead the HR Business partner team across all functions at the Getinge site. You are the voice towards the organization and owns all HR processes, creating structure and clarity in the team and at the site. As the Human Resources representative, you will advise and support the Management team regarding development, implementation, follow-up, and maintenance of strategic and operational HR activities. You will provide professional support and guidance to business leaders in all HR related areas and take an active role in the development of the overall people agenda at Getinge, as a member of the Swedish Human Resources team.

This position is based in Getinge, Halmstad and may include occasional travels. In this role you will work mainly on-site, however it will be possible to work remotely approximately once a week. As HR Manager you will report to the Head of HRBP Sweden, with a dotted line to the local Managing Director.
