Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Verification Engineer Charging to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

• Conducting functional verification of charging systems and electromobility components.
• Performing System Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and test automation, particularly with dSpace.
• Developing and implementing test methods to ensure efficient and effective verification.
• Analyzing test results and drawing conclusions to validate design targets.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of methods and tools.
• Leading and performing high-complexity simulations and analyses.
• Driving innovation through collaboration with universities and external institutes.
• Mentoring and training less experienced Simulation & Analysis Engineers.
• Providing input to Product and System Roadmaps.
• Evaluating project content and estimation to meet timelines and delivery.
• Developing methods and tools to enhance verification processes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in electromobility and 7 years of verification experience.
• Practical experience with measurement techniques and HIL testing.
• Knowledge and interest in charging and power electronics.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and change management.
• Deep understanding of electromobility components and systems, preferably in Charging and Electrical Distribution Systems.
• Proven ability to connect theory with reality and develop effective test methods.
• Experience in test automation and optimizing testing efficiency.
• Proficiency in managing, planning, executing, and analyzing tests and results.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English – both verbal and written.
• Ability to make decisions based on engineering judgment and drive for results.
• Confidence in influencing positive outcomes and inspiring teams.
• Action-oriented mindset with a systematic approach to work.
