We are looking for an experienced Program Manager.

Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in software engineering
• mandatory] worked in Sweden the last 5-10 years and fluent in Swedish language
• Proven Experience of 7-10+ years in Automotive Domain & Embedded Software Development
• Proven experience as at least project leader and beneficial as program management & stakeholder management in the automotive industry
• Proven experience managing a team & managing Delivery KPI’s
• Domain Expertise such as Electric Vehicles, Connected Vehicles / Telematics, Autonomous Drive, Software-Defined-Vehicles experience etc.
• Swedish Driving license (an advantage)

Example of responsibilities as Program Manager:

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Engaging with clients to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
• Analyzing program risks
• Working on strategy with the marketing team
