Job Description
In this position you are responsible to lead and deliver into the long-term Risk and Compliance plan for IKEA Älmhult AB. Together with your stakeholders you will make sure that the Risk & Compliance activities support the organizational needs, and you ensure that activities are integrated in IKEA Älmhult AB’s processes.
As Risk & Compliance Leader, you ensure that risk management is integrated into the annual business planning process at IKEA Älmhult AB. To enable that you will identify risks agree on mitigation activities and set priorities together with your stakeholders. The Risk & Compliance leader of IKEA Älmhult AB will have a matrix relation with the Risk & Compliance manager at Inter IKEA Group.
