We are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager who will work to drive projects and activities in the Product Industrialization area. The charter is to ensure uninterrupted series production of GPG AC products. The role will be cross-functionally co-operation with Supply Chain Management (SCM), R&D and Operations. The projects and activities can be of strategic or tactical nature. We are currently searching for enthusiasts to add to our teams.

Your responsibilities

  • You will introduce new products in-house and external factories in collaboration with Operations, R&D external partners and Product Management.
  • Review the BoMs in collaboration with R&D and SCM for material risks (single-sourcing, tightly specified components, supplier risks, manufacturer risks, geopolitical risks, quality, and trigger actions to reduce our risk exposure proactively.
  • Ensure fast re-industrialization after redesign, regression testing, type testing in collaboration with R&D, SCM and Quality.
  • You will review and manage the required test coverage after design changes in collaboration with R&D and Quality.
  • Ensure that sufficient supplier production capacity is available in collaboration with SCM.
  • Remove bottlenecks in test equipment in our value chain in collaboration with SCM, R&D and Operations.
  • Onboard external test houses in collaboration with R&D.
  • Review and ensure that safety stocks are at appropriate levels in our factories as well as with suppliers in collaboration with Operations and SCM.

Your background

  • You hold a master's or bachelor's degree.
  • More than five years of work experience.
  • Solid understanding of the supply chain for industrial electronics.
  • Excellent written and oral English abilities.
  • Extremely committed to providing a multi-cultural experience and customer focused.
  • Willing to travel.
