Dina arbetsuppgifter In this assignment you will join a global team consisting of 7-10 financial controllers and 5-7 business controllers collaborating closely. The Financial Controller is accountable for delivering accurate and timely reports on worldwide expenses, profit and loss, capital expenditures, investments, and cost of goods sold for designated departments, encompassing both current figures and future projections. Job Assignments • Ensure precise documentation (using ERP and AARO systems) of worldwide expenditures, profit and loss, and capital expenses, and present clear explanations, with assistance from the business controller, on significant variances compared to targets, year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter for designated departments • Oversee the monthly financial reporting and examination for corporate departments (such as Financial Planning & Analysis and accounting), and compile the consolidated financial results and forecasts for operational evaluation • In charge of managing the accrual and capitalization process, which involves calculating hourly rates and ensuring that all necessary information is provided to the group accounting team for month-end closing in the designated departments • In charge of combining overall predictions/budgets into Konstrukt/Anaplan for specific departments • Providing necessary paperwork for internal and external audits related to designated control areas • Conducting occasional reporting and analysis • Approving activities for designated departments Requirements • More than five years of experience in financial controlling • Excellent understanding of business operations • Proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Exceptional analytical abilities • Skilled in interpreting and presenting financial data clearly and succinctly • Proficient in Excel and relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and business analytics software • Capable of independently and collaboratively organizing tasks in diverse teams • Skilled at prioritizing and managing sudden requests effectively • Proficient in conveying financial data to both financial and non-financial audiences Skills • Critical thinking abilities • Organized • Adaptable • Forward-thinking attitude • Communicative • Interpersonal abilities • Practical • Business mindset • Capable of managing cultural diversity and varied work styles • Advocacy for a flat organizational structure with open communication and trust within teams • Focus on decisions that benefit the organization most • Emphasis on finding solutions Tillträde och ansökan Start of assignment: 2024-04-08 End of assignment: 2024-12-31 Deadline: 2024-04-05 Location: Gothenburg Contact person: +46 790 06 27 11 Selections and interviews are ongoing!
