Tasks

As an Application Manager, you are responsible for the development, operation and support of IT systems and IT infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to become an expert in your administrative field, supporting our operations and our users in modern digital systems. You will be part of a team in which we jointly manage most of Boliden's major joint systems. You have a variety of tasks and your days consist of, among other things:

  • Maintain systems to maximize investment, protect against disruptions, and enable change
  • coordinate and provide support to the activities on technical issues
  • Provide support for inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing and new integrations
  • order IT services relevant to the object of administration
  • lead or participate in IT projects
  • License Management


We have an office in Boliden outside Skellefteå and travel to our locations may occur. You will report to the Head of Section Application Management.

Education and qualifications

We look forward to welcoming you who both like to work independently and together with others and have good collaborative skills. You can take initiative, are solution-oriented and like communication. We see that you are flexible, structured and take responsibility.

You have an upper secondary education and either a college or university education or experience of working with IT. You can communicate in English and have a driver's license for a passenger car. It is an advantage if you know Swedish and Finnish or experience of working in cloud-based systems and systems with integrations.
