OM TJÄNSTEN As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle incoming calls and emails from patients, healthcare professionals, and retailers. Your tasks include registering and administering customer inquiries as well as follow-up work. You will also handle customer complaints and support the international sales team by informing customers about offers and promotions.
