ABOUT THE ROLE

Following a reorganization that expanded The Absolut Group brands’ portfolio as well as its geographical reach, a need has been identified to welcome onboard a new addition to the HR and Finance team to bring HR controlling to the next level and drive capability elevation.

We added a brand-new position as a Senior HR Controller to ensure that TAG can analyze, follow up and proactively manage employee-related costs, harmonize and step change in HR Controlling processes across Sweden, Finland, UK, Mexico, Germany and Japan.

This role provides understanding and analysis to leadership to support decision making, acts as a link between HR and Finance, provides expertise and support to the team including coaching a HR Controller.

You will be based in Stockholm, TAG Headquarters, and you will report to the Director of C&B and People Analytics, and dotted line to the Director Controlling & Accounting. You will be part of the HR Specialist team consisting of 5 people whose scope covers Payroll, Mobility, C&B, HR Information System (Workday) and HR Controlling. The wider HR team is 16 people based in Stockholm, Åhus and Turku.

In this role you will:

Consolidation & Coordination

  • Understand key drivers for P&B cost across the TAG entities and act as business partner to management and other decision makers
  • Lead on creating the approach and process for the consolidation of TAG management reporting
  • Support affiliates by developing and implementing robust processes, counselling, and sparring
  • Drive the planning and reporting cycles
  • Drive the FTE reporting across TAG, including refinement and elevation of process
  • Design process, templates, guidelines etc. to drive elevation of capabilities and harmonization across TAG


Reporting & Analysis

  • Create a seamless end to end process for the analysis and reporting of payroll and other HR data
  • Drive budget, Rolling Forecasts and analysis of Payroll & Benefits
  • Track, analyze and advise on organizational costs evolution
  • Track and report on all HR overheads as part of the TAG financial reporting cycle
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in the HR Business Partnering team to understand the organization structures in the business and movements in all headcount and related costs
  • Be the key point of contact with Finance to ensure a seamless roll up of payroll data to summarized levels and that all key reporting deadlines are respected
  • Drive the development and follow up of HR KPIs and related people analytics in TAG
  • Contact and coordination with HQ on People Analytics topics


ABOUT YOU

We see you as an individual who is not intimidated by challenging inquiries but rather thrives on finding effective solutions. You possess a strong financial acumen and you are an expert at creating usable and actionable financial information to drive HR operations forward. You have a natural inclination towards process creation, demonstrating a proactive approach rather than reactively addressing issues. Your ability to build processes from scratch and streamline existing ones will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business & Administration, Controlling & Accounting or equivalent
  • Around 3-5 years' work experience in a complex Financial/HR Controlling role
  • Experience within financial controlling is critical for this role, while HR experience is appreciated
  • Experience from process development and/or an international environment would be a plus
  • Fluent in English
