As a senior Operations Manager, you lead efficient operations performance, ensure service levels and compliance. You will also work strategically and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency, and cost. You lead within operations to ensure logistic capacity and needs, in alignment with DC Manager.

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. Collective agreement with the Union. The location is based in Borås and part of the Logistic Region Europe. As Operations Manager you are a part of the management team of the DC and you will report directly to the DC Manager. Start date by agreement.
