An exciting role as Product Owner for Suspension In-house SW Team (Autosar Basic Software). The Product Owner plays a pivotal role in defining the direction of the product, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Software that meets both technical and regulatory standards. The Suspension Software teams are cross functional teams working with the full software strong focus on embedded software development, and all tool chains needed for our development to achieve the best active chassis functions for our vehicles. What will you do? You will be working in our in-house software team that develops software for you will be working in our in-house software teams that develop softwares for Tyre Pressuring Monitoring System (TPMS) and Suspension System in both the Suspension ECU and Central ECU of the vehicle. You will work closely with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, safety engineers, software architects, function developers and may take cross-function tasks depending on the need of the project. Key Responsibilities: • Vision and Strategy: Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for the Autosar Basic Software component, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives and market needs. • Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing the requirements of various stakeholders with the technical feasibility and resource availability. • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team. • Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions, defining clear objectives and deliverables for each development cycle to ensure timely and effective product enhancements. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product developments, timeline, and challenges. • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the Safety and Quality team to ensure the product meets rigorous quality standards and customer expectations, incorporating feedback into the development process. • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, guiding the development team in Agile methodologies and best practices. • Continuous Integration: Align the development flow with the CI strategy of the company. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience of 5+ years of embedded software development using C and C++. • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in the software development industry, with a strong preference for experience in the automotive sector. Proven ability to inspire, challenge, and lead teams. • In-depth knowledge of Autosar Basic Software, automotive software development processes, and industry standards including ISO26262. • Having knowledge of Automotive communication protocols: CAN, Ethernet • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, with experience leading Agile teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
