Are you ready for an exciting position in Internal Communications?

Tetra Pak is looking for an Internal Communications Manager that will be part of the Sustainability and Communications function, reporting to the Internal Communications Director for Engagement and Transformation.


This is a permanent position based in Europe at one of our office locations (High Wycombe, UK - Lund, Sweden - Modena, Italy –). You will work in a global team supported by digital channels and remote collaboration tools. Occasional travel is required.

What you will do

As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will support an organisation or business in Tetra Pak with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues in the Sustainability & Communications function and stakeholders across Tetra Pak.

You will focus on

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies to foster employee engagement and attract potential candidates by highlighting our unique work experience and value proposition
  • Create and execute change communications plans and campaigns to support and accelerate transformations in both the unit you support and globally
  • Help manage and support stakeholders at all levels, providing leadership communications coaching and advice.
  • Work across multiple teams in the unit you support and across the Sustainability and Communications function
  • Help manage and improve internal communications channels and processes, including but not limited to the intranet, content management systems, email, video, social media, print, workshops and events, and line manager communications.

  • Cultural acumen: You have a nuanced understanding of cultural behaviours and the drivers behind them, which informs your approach and enhances your effectiveness.
  • Team Player: Working in a team energises you. You build trust effortlessly and use your informal authority to inspire and guide others.

Qualifications

  • Education and proven experience: You have a degree in communications and a minimum of five to ten years of internal and external communications experience.
  • Languages: Your command of English is impeccable, both verbally and in writing, at a native level. Command of other languages is a plus.
  • Presentation skills: You excel in delivering high-quality presentations with impactful visual communication and content creation.
  • Added advantage: Experience with employer branding and communicating employee value propositions (EVPs) is a plus.
