We are looking for a Global Product Manager for Network Speakers and System Devices to join the Network Audio Product Management team within our New Business organization. Who is your future team? Network Audio is a fast-growing product area within Axis where you will strengthen the team of Product Managers managing our expanding product portfolio of Network Speakers and System Devices What you'll do here as Global Product Manager? As Product Manager you will have the main responsibility for your category of products and manage the entire product life cycle. Together with portfolio management, you will create products from existing and new ideas, develop new products based on Axis industry experience and identified market needs. Network Speakers and system devices builds together with management software - internal or from partners, IP based audio solutions that fulfills customer needs for security, safety and operational efficiency use cases. You will have a close cooperation with the product manager responsible for Management software in your team, ensuring a competitive total system offering. You will also work close with our Audio product specialists, R&D, marketing, sales, and business development to jointly define go-to-market strategies, product positioning & market communication. Your main responsibilities - Network speakers and System Devices: * Products & roadmap fulfilling the long term strategy & goals * Product requirements and prioritizations and key interface towards R&D * Consolidate market needs and competitor landscape into innovative products using your network of key internal and external stakeholders * Go to market strategy Who are we looking for/Who are you? As Global Product Manager, it is important to enjoy spending time in the market to understand needs and based on that, specify innovative solutions for the market. You must have broad experience from both business and technology, preferably with knowledge from Audio applications. We believe you are an open minded and socially skilled individual who is always open to colleagues and customers. You have excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. We believe that you have the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You have a structured way of solving and attacking tasks and issues, yet a flexible mindset, enjoy high pace and open to change.
