What you’ll do As a Product Manager within the Ecommerce & Checkout team, your mission is to enhance the user experience on Volvo Cars' digital platforms. In pursuit of this goal, you will collaborate closely with our engineering team to build a cutting-edge backend for online checkout. Your role as a Product Manager extends beyond working with software developers. It also involves managing a diverse range of stakeholders, including commercial and finance business teams. Your key responsibilities encompass setting the product strategy, discovering new product features, prioritizing the roadmap, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. You will also be responsible for establishing standard operating procedures. Success in this role hinges on your interest in technology and your understanding of how it can enhance the customer experience. What you'll bring To succeed, we believe that your background and skills include: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * Leading and driving product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years. * Solid analytical skills for problem-solving and shaping business requirements. * Strategic mindset. * High integrity, proactive approach, and strong action-bias. * Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder collaboration.
