David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We're looking for a Swedish-speaking customer-facing Account Manager to execute the engagement and drive partner hand-off, provide initial face/voice to the customer, and drive sales. Position: Account Manager Location: On-site in Benalmadena, Spain Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Be the first and main contact point for Cloud technology customers - small and medium businesses Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers Contact 200 leads and create 30 opportunities per month; maintain high daily activity, minimum ~60-90 activities/day Determine customers' needs and identify opportunities, deliver a strong first impression, and set the foundation for long-term customer relationships by delivering a world-class customer engagement experience Quarterback sales from lead to purchase, leading the sales strategy, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by applying relevant criteria, e.g., BANT (budget, authority, need, and timeline) Forecast sales, pipeline, and usage of the products and solutions in scope Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: "Voice of customer" REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), C1 or native Swedish (verbal and written) levels of languages 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience required and general knowledge of the IT industry Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps would be an advantage Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication skills Achievement- and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration Experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications, Windows OS, and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system(s) such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc Passion for cloud technologies and changing the world BENEFITS: Attractive remuneration with capped sales bonuses Working with a big name in the Cloud industry and gaining specialization in it Work from Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM Sponsored meals International team Indefinido contract Stimulating environment Many opportunities for growth within the company Skicka ansökan
