What you’ll do In the role as Tech Lead within Customer Service IT – you will be responsible for and provide a sustainable system development, maintenance, and operations for our customer service systems. You will ensure an increased IT system health and act as Product Owner for system maintenance activities prioritized backlog. You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholder, Products Owner, Solution Architects etc. and continuously improve our way of work. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the infrastructure and system architecture. You will work with ​ * Life cycle management including technical road map, upgrades, decommission strategy, infrastructure needs and external dependencies​ * System Health, including code quality, code principles, refactoring, system documentation and deploy/patch approval​ * System and application maintenance responsibility including proactive incident management, root cause analysis and SLA management​ * System and applications compliance towards Privacy and Security policies​ * Budget and forecast​ * Cost & License optimization​ Co-operation with​​ * Developers & Testers within IT platform​ * Infrastructure responsible​ * Service Manager​ * Other Tech leads * Vendors Who are you To succeed in the role as Tech Lead – you have a big interest and understanding for technology and systems.
