ABOUT THE POSITION Exeger’s finance team is now looking for their next financial assistant. The department is responsible for making financial forecasts, fulfil legal requirements with regards to accounting and financial follow-up. It assists the organization with financial control and analysis with current system landscape to help the business and enable Exeger to function and compete effectively in the market. As a Financial assistant you support the Accounting Manager and the CFO in day-to-day financial operations and transactions of the financial life cycle. Since we´re in a growth state the position also requires you to contribute to development of processes to continue to build on the existing vision. Your responsibilities • Control the accuracy of invoices, matching them to purchase orders in the ERP system. • Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure invoices are approved by responsible person. • Maintain authorization lists in the ERP system. • Weekly payment files through ERP system and upload to the bank with correct approval flow. • Day-to-day accounting in relation to payment files and incorrectly posted invoices. • Payments and Account Payable related activities • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts • Assist in Annual Report work for relevant areas. You take pride in maintaining a high level of accuracy in your work and you’re committed to deliver exceptional service to our managers. You will be a super user in most of the department’s systems, so having a keen interest in leaning new systems and an eye for ways to improve and streamline the workflow is beneficial.
