Excellent, then we would love for you to be our new Senior Transformation Lead – Digital Business Development. The Digital team is enabling the creation of attractive consumer experiences through digital solutions and is critical for our company’s transformation. In essence, we are looking for someone who is passionate about digitally enabled business development and bringing strategy to reality through cross-functional collaboration. Collaborators win!  We also like this to happen while everyone has a fun and joyful time at work since we believe this is a key ingredient in a creative environment!  What you’ll do You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization. Support and lead different types of digital collaboration with our affiliates, the Geely Group and other related parties. These are Digital relationships and initiatives critical to delivering Volvo Cars’s strategic goals and supporting long term business collaboration as well as new and existing partnerships with group entities, related parties and selected external partners.  You will support and lead digital aspects of divestment, partnerships and external strategic investments accelerating corporate transformation. Perform initial analysis and concept studies in preparation for digital activities regarding M&A´s, major integration, and key interactions. You will have an important role driving change and implementing new capabilities that make a difference.  You will develop strategies from a digital perspective but also have a hands-on role running larger forms of cooperation. Manage digital aspects in cross-functional change initiatives.  Coordinate, drive and follow up on different projects. Lastly, you will lead and participate in business changing activities that will directly affect the future of our company.   What you’ll bring You are probably coming from a role within digital transformation, IT management, change management, and/or business development. You have a deep understanding of the dynamics in an IT organization and translating strategy into business goals and actions. Experience of M&A, carve-out and digital transformation from a business perspective is positive. Running larger business critical change initiatives is something you are used to and enjoy! An ability to create clarity out of complexity and ambiguity is also critical for this role. Furthermore, we believe that you have a genuine interest in people and can build trusted relationships. Therefore, a positive attitude and understanding of different perspectives combined with balancing stakeholders is important. Besides that, you are a doer willing to take “hands-on” tasks and you are good at planning your work accordingly.  You can communicate with senior management and other levels. You have a strong business acumen and excellent financial understanding. You have a good understanding of value flows across functions within a multi-national company and broad understanding of digital landscape and environment.
