You will be part of the Technology strategy and Planning management team and report directly to VP Technology Strategy & Planning. We seek someone who truly loves this field of technology, stays up to date with the latest industry trends and changes, and has extensive experience leading development. To make this a success: Director of Product & Range Management is a challenging senior position with a large influence on the Electromobility strategy & technology roadmap.  This is the “only door in” meaning that any development withing the Electromobility function starts here. The key to success is to drive innovation by the ability to actively manage change, balancing and handling multiple and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment. You have the experience to optimize the efficiency of existing processes, way of working and set new structures for internal and external stakeholders. Your deep understanding of tactical technical product management, market experience, stakeholder management abilities in the automotive industry, and proficiency in processes and products, coupled with your ability to take action, will enable you to successfully lead your team and elevate the Technology Strategy & Planning department in Electromobility to the next level. What to bring: •Extensive experience of Product and Range management is a must for the role.  •Solid experience and understanding of Electric propulsions and electric vehicles are a requirement.  •High integrity and ability, to say clearly yes and clearly no, based on facts and abilities of the whole Electromobility function is needed. •Experience of platform establishments is preferable. •Having a wide industry network is useful. •Former experience in a line managerial role preferably within automotive industry (leading leader level) •Demonstrated ability to balance a strategic, holistic end-to-end (E2E) view with operational considerations. •Engineering education, preferably a MSc.
