You will be part of the Safety, Quality & Regulations management team and report directly to VP Safety, Quality & Regulations.  To make this a success: Director of Quality is a challenging senior position with the full responsibility of both proactive and reactive quality. You will be in charge of our full QMS (Quality Management System). As this technology area is still relatively new to the commercial vehicle industry, best practices have yet to be developed. We are determined to be best-in-class, just as we are with today’s technology. This is the leadership role we entrust to you. To do this, we believe that you have a solid career in the quality field as well as experience to lead quality in the field of Electromobility.  “Quality isn't just a passion for you; it's a way of life.” What to bring: •Extensive experience of end-to-end proactive quality assurance. •Extensive experience of reactive quality management. •Deep knowledge of best-in-class processes and methods for a top-tier QMS. •Former experience in a line managerial role preferably within automotive industry (leading people or leading leader level) •Demonstrated ability to balance a strategic, holistic end-to-end (E2E) view with operational considerations. •Engineering education, preferably a MSc.
