The hotel (rooms and outlets) is going to be fully renovated soon and we are looking for a person that can lead our outlets during and after this incredible transformation. This pivotal role combines operational efficiency with exceptional guest service to achieve outstanding guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will be the driving force behind our restaurant, bars, café, and in-room dining services, ensuring each operates to the highest standards.   Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of our food & beverage outlets, ensuring service excellence. • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and revenue vs. cost control. • Lead a diverse team of approximately 30, including waiters, bartenders, sommeliers, and supervisors, fostering a culture of growth and motivation. • Address guest requests and issues promptly, in line with our vision and policies. • Coordinate team schedules, employee performance reviews, and recruitment to uphold our high standards. • Develop and implement training programs and action plans based on employee satisfaction surveys. • Ensure adherence to health, environmental, and safety standards. • Build strong interdepartmental relationships for seamless guest experiences. • Innovate and manage our beverage program and food offerings in partnership with the executive chef, aligning with the hotel’s identity and goals.
