Global Service Business Director to Husqvarna Construction

Husqvarna Construction is a world leader in machines and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.

As part of the part of Aftermarket & Service organization, you will lead the global service organization to achieve profitable growth through strategy development and execution.

The position as Global Service Business Director

In this position, you will manage a dynamic team responsible for turning the service's growth strategies into reality in close collaboration with our sales regions.

Your main responsibilities are to manage functions around service offering portfolio development, develop processes and digital tools for our service operations and work closely with our global service footprint, our service centers and partners for the whole Husqvarna Construction Division.

Your will be responsible for

• Developing a global strategy for delivering customer loyalty, profitable growth, and competitive differentiation in our service offerings.
• Drive and develop the overall services business plan and go-to-market strategy for global implementation.
• Deployment of sales and marketing tools, materials and campaigns to drive sales for our services portfolio and work closely with the regional Sales and Aftermarket & Service managers for implementation in local markets.
• Creation and execution of annual business plans and budget. Give clear guidance and drive alignment with sales company business plans.
• Working with business leaders across the Division to set measurable targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by geography and portfolio.
• Assesses the operational effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of the Service centers and develop efficiency programs like 5S, Kaizen etc.
• Establishing a certification process for the Service Partners based on the defined criteria’s and regular audits for the service partners to make sure that they achieve Husqvarna Standards
• To guide, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates Manage organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development.

Who are you?

We see that you have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and commercial skills, with the ability to influence others, drive results/change, and implement projects/processes.

You have extensive experience in large OEM-oriented service business with several years of global experience, with an emphasis on transforming businesses during macroeconomic conditions and a proven ability to define and build highly engaged, professional teams

It’s also essential that you have a global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and excellent communication skills in English.

We also see that you have:

• Experience in digital sales and service in an industrial environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in developing effective strategies.

Location

This position is based in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg, but we are open to other location. At Husqvarna we use a hybrid working model where possible.
