Requirements - In order to thrive in this position, you should possess a university degree or equivalent experience. - We require a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting for roles in Data Science, AI, and Data Analytics. - An ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a top recruiter at a reputable search firm, with prior experience in high-volume recruitment for global companies. - Experience in proactive sourcing is essential, and familiarity with global environments is beneficial. - Additional qualifications in psychometric testing are preferred. - Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
