We are looking for a driven Digital Marketing Manager for the Nordics to join the Nordic marketing team. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and customer acquisition. Your responsibilities will include overseeing continuous digital growth, optimizing traffic, converting visitors into customers, managing all aspects of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), conducting A/B testing, analyzing analytics and web data, managing SEO efforts, and hands-on handling of campaigns based on reach, conversion, SQL, and ROI. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation and benefits..

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns, including cross-sell initiatives, current customer communications and upsell programs.

Generate sales pipeline through targeted campaigns, lead nurturing programs, demand generation, regional events/tradeshows, and engaging content.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong understanding of our B2B SaaS products, target customer demographics, competitor analysis, and industry segments.

Create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and builds positive brand recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.

5+ years experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing.

Experience from working with marketing across the Nordic region is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools.

Strong understanding of marketing metrics, analytics, and ability to analyze and optimize campaigns.

Experience producing multi-channel marketing plans to drive demand and build sales pipeline.

Confident in coordinating the development of content internally and externally via an agency, some copywriting and content creation abilities preferred.

Location: Sweden (Nordic) remote.
