In this position you will be responsible for managing and supporting the business in all legal matters that arise within the Cerealia Business Area. Your work will span across several legal disciplines and include a wide variety of legal matters. You will be part of Cerealia´s central functions and be an important advisor to the entire Cerealia Business Area. You will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Cerealia and be part of Cerealia´s leadership team. In addition, you will have a functional report to the General Counsel of the Lantmännen Group and be part of the Group Function Legal Affairs & Compliance team. The position is based in Stockholm. You will: • Be exposed to legal matters across the full value chain of Cerealia, • Manage corporate governance within all legal entities that are part of Cerealia, • Be responsible for drafting and reviewing all types of commercial agreements and work closely together with the business teams in negotiations, • Advise/support in various compliance matters (GDPR, competition law, business ethics), • Be responsible for the legal support in M&A projects as well as provide legal advice in various internal projects, • Manage Cerealia´s trademark portfolio together with Lantmännen Group´s external trademark attorney as well as ensure that Cerealia´s advertisement and marketing initiatives are compliant with relevant legislations, • Manage disputes (including customer claims and recalls), • Conduct legal trainings to the business and contribute to the improvement of agreement templates, agreement processes and tools, • Manage the cooperation with external legal advisors. This is what you need to succeed You have: • A Master of Law degree, from a Swedish University, • 7+ years´ work experience from a corporate in-house legal organization and/or from a reputable business law firm. Some experience from a corporate in-house legal organization is welcomed, • Excellent skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written), • A genuine commercial interest and willingness to get to know the business that you support, • Experience of managing a broad spectrum of company/commercial legal matters, • Strong social skills and an ability to communicate legal topics in a way that is understandable to non-legally trained persons, • Good knowledge of competition law and marketing law as well as some experience of M&A transactions, • Personal values that corresponds to our company values Holistic view, Openness and Drive.
