IKEA Älmhult AB is a holding company and forms a company group with IKEA Museum AB, IKEA Hotell, IKEA Property AB. We are an independent entity within the Inter IKEA Group.

IKEA Property AB is a fully staffed property management company within facility, construction and development and is the property specialist at Inter IKEA Group in Sweden. IKEA Property AB is owner, landlord and a support organisation in property-related assignments where Inter IKEA Group have their business in Sweden. We are a total of 20 employees within IKEA Property AB in Älmhult.

Job Description

As a Groundkeeper at IKEA Property AB you will maintain outside areas such as clearing flower beds, grass cutting, watering and other tasks in outdoor environment. IKEA outdoor area in Älmhult is a high priority area and sets high demands that its clean and tidy.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who is service minded, innovative, and self driven with a passion for outdoor environment.

We see that you have:

– Earlier experience of working with outdoor environment

– General knowledge in gardening and machinery

– Clearing saw license

– Driving license (B)

As a person, you have a solution-oriented way, which is reflected in your way of communicating with colleagues and partners. You like meeting people from all over the world and have the ability to build good relationships. You are driven by efficiency, dare to challenge and the opportunity to change for the better. You can work in a fast-changing and complex environment, with simplicity in focus.

We see that you are unpretentious, honest and enjoy working as well independently as in a team. You have a positive attitude and have a strong drive with a good ability to collaborate. Additional Information

This is a temporary position full time (40 hours per week) starting, if possible, in May and ends late August. You are located in Älmhult and will report to the Property Manager at IKEA Property AB.
