We are looking for a Procurement Manager for an international company in Malmö. 6 months contract to begin with, possibility of a permanent contract after that.

Duties include:

• Main interface for country and regional Ops. For matters RS, PS and or other areas as assigned by VP Global Operational Excellence.
• Owner of all Global supply documents including but not limited to: Policies, guidelines, KPI
• Contribute to developing processes and systems to improve operational performance and efficiency
• Host global product approval board for RS.
• Manage supplier base and be the primary commercial interface with suppliers for all RS - consumables
• Drive supplier selections (own RFI/RFQ) through liaison with the VP Global Operational Excellence Create strong win/win, strategic relationships with suppliers and manage those relationships.
• Contract management: Ensure all contractual aspects are complied with through the contractual period; review performance KPI's on the partner and keep supplier informed about their performance.
• Participate/facilitate and/or lead contract negotiations
• Responsibility for supplier projects as deemed necessary including but not limited to i.e. cost roadmap updates, market intelligence reports, supplier mix utilization
• Present the Category Strategy to internal stakeholders identifying changing conditions linked to contract negotiations coupled with the global economic picture and its potential risks to service
• Participate in budget and Strategic plan processes
• Run and co-ordinate monthly country calls ensuring all concerns are communicated
• Work in conjunction with the ESG department and evaluate suppliers

Authority:

• Negotiate pricing and other terms and conditions as delegated by the VP Global Operational Excellence
• Negotiate Frame Agreements as delegated by the VP Global Operational Excellence

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent relevant work experience within the sector
• Equivalent of 5-8 years relevant experience

Skills/Competencies:

• A Strong knowledge in the Category area (technology, negotiation, communication, supplier management)
• Leadership, networking, presentation, time management and business skills
• Strong company and market awareness
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluency in English

Personal attributes:

• Display very strong qualities of ownership and commitment.
• Valid work permit in Sweden

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Malmö. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of permanent contract after that.
