Objective: Sales specialist with a sharp focus on originating substantial BPO deals, specializing in the Finance, Supply Chain, and AI across Industry sectors in CPR , Auto and Energy sectors, to join our team. Centering primarily on deal origination, lead generation, and securing new logos, this role is critical in facilitating our robust entrance and sustained growth within these strategic market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination in Target Sectors:

Originate meetings and right party contact • Initiate BPO deals specifically within the Finance,Contact center, Supply Chain, and Ai led automation, emphasizing contracts that bolster our order book • Engage with high-value prospects and navigate through sales/ bid processes, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and industry trends to secure lucrative deals.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Execute lead generation strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects within the target sectors, utilizing both conventional and digital channels.

Qualify leads by assessing the alignment of prospects’ needs with our offerings, ensuring focus and resource allocation to opportunities with the highest potential for conversion.

Securing New Logos:

Identify and secure new logos by positioning our BPO services compellingly within the Finance, Supply Chain, and Automation markets, thereby expanding our clientele. Attend Networking events.

Build and cultivate relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospective client organizations, ensuring our brand is consistently considered and selected.

Locally Represent BSV:

Develop strong connects with MU , Account leads and other GBL leads. Attend account reviews , sales reviews and represent BSV

Other Requirements:

Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements and deal facilitation

Proficiency in utilizing Linked in sales navigator

Understanding of BPO business , bids
