Process Lead

What this position is about - Purpose:

As a Process Lead, you'll develop the team's technical expertise in process control for your assigned Cell, ensuring achievement of production volumes, quality standards, and KPI targets. You'll drive continuous improvement, support new initiatives and product tests, and lead problem-solving to enhance line performance and equipment utilization. Additionally, you'll focus on team development and adoption of new IWS standards and methodologies.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Participate and contribute to line DDS on process-related aspects, as Centerline and changeover DMS owner
  • Control the results to confirm the effectiveness of identified actions
  • Ensure indentification and elimination of losses though root cause problem solving
  • Together with the rest of Cell Team, develop short term (24-hour) and mid-term (<90 days) action plans to improve process control and eliminate machine stops
  • Set priority of the team and participate in key planned activities
  • Be reesponsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the effectiveness of assigned Daily Management Systems
  • Coach and train operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, in line with IWS principles, ensuring IWS methodology is in place, properly executed to achieve the operational objectives of assigned Cell
  • Be responsible for controlling the use of SAP / EAM system and carrying out activities at the right time


Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Production Management
  • First experience on a similar position
  • Excellent English and Swedish fluently written and spoken
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of production technologies
  • Knowledge of standards of factory and data driven improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS
  • Knowledge on IWS principles and routine
  • PC literacy (MS Office)
  • Advanced analytical skills
