About the Position: This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative environment. As the Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will have the chance to shape the future of our brand and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our product range. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and regulatory compliance for our cosmetic products. This includes: • Ensuring Safety and Compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all relevant safety standards and regulatory requirements, both in Sweden and internationally. • Product Registration: You will oversee the registration process for our products with regulatory authorities such as the Medical Products Agency, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time. • Quality Control: You will establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that our products consistently meet our high standards of quality and performance, including new QMS responsibility. • Ingredient Management: You will be responsible for managing our ingredient lists and ensuring that all ingredients meet our strict quality and safety standards. • Regulatory Monitoring: You need to stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring that our products remain compliant at all times. • Production Process Quality: You would support production and supply-planning team with annual ISO-certification and quality processes that are required accordingly.   Who you are: Extensive experience in industry Research and Development (R&D), including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, chemistry, or medical technology. • Minimum of 3 years´ experience in quality or regulatory roles. • Experience with internal/external audits and supplier evaluations in an international setting. • Bachelor´s degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. • Solid knowledge and experience in cosmetic safety legislation, labeling regulations, chemistry, process technology, as well as REACH and other relevant areas. • Fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English, with additional language skills such as German, Spanish, Arabic, and other considered advantageous. • Meritorious with experience in ISO certification and substantiation of cosmetic claims.   More about you: To exceed in this role, you need strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Personal qualities: • Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute activities according to brand strategy and company goals. • Structured and organized to adhere to existing processes, as well as capable of developing new procedures and policies. • Team player, capable of operating successfully at all levels within the organization. • Ability to collect, classify, and structure data useful to the organization. • Ability to handle and work within a changing growth environment.   About us: IsaDora is Sweden´s leading makeup brand, and since 1983, we have been offering affordable, high-quality, and user-friendly products for everyone.
