All about the role:

We are now looking for a Cyber Compliance Officer to help us ensure we have all the right capabilities to deliver on our promise.

As our Cyber Compliance Officer, you will report to our Chief Information Security Officer, and you will be a part of the Group CISO team. In the role, you will work closely with our Director of Internal Controls and our Director of Cyber Security Risk to develop our Cyber Security compliance structures and perform reviews to ascertain our level of compliance with both external and internal regulations.

What you'll do:

  • Developing and performing cyber related compliance reviews against both internal requirements (ISMS) and external regulations, ensuring adherence to controls stated in the frameworks.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate the risks.
  • Determining compliance metrics and establishing effective reporting mechanisms to monitor, track and follow up improvements.
  • Working with team members to further develop both frameworks, controls, and audit methodologies, including operational ways of working.
  • Communicating the need for and purpose of cyber compliance to stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent understanding of compliance frameworks, standards, and methodologies, e.g. ISO 27000, NIST 800.
  • Interest in developing internal ways of working and relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience (compliance audits, technical security reviews).
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Experience working and delivering results in an international environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to plan and deliver based on high level objectives.
  • Security certifications e.g. CISA, CISSP or similar an advantage.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at Electrolux office in Krakow, Poland or Stockholm, Sweden.
