Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior C, AUTOSAR Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Lead the software requirements process, including elicitation, analysis, breakdown, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Develop, analyze, and maintain software for the VME team, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
• Collaborate hands-on with the development team to prepare and review detailed technical designs, ensuring delivery as per committed estimates.
• Conduct bug analysis and prevention activities by identifying root causes of past issues and implementing preventative measures in software architecture.
• Define concept approaches and optimize existing concepts to enhance software performance.
• Establish and enforce coding standards through regular code reviews, ensuring the highest quality in the software development process.
• Utilize Simulink for modeling software for automotive devices, ensuring traceability.
• Employ extensive experience with C, AUTOSAR, and Embedded Systems to optimize software profiling, performance analysis, and optimization techniques.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer/software engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software and system deployment for complex multiprocessor systems.
• Proven expertise in code refactoring and system design within MATLAB/Simulink environments.
• Experience in concept definition of software for automotive applications and software definition and deployment.
• Knowledge of automotive domain using Windows/Linux.
• Familiarity with development processes for software design such as ASPICE and ISO26262.
• Proficiency in state-of-the-art requirements management, software modeling, and development tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and social skills.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, etc.).
