We are looking for a driven and flexible Junior Pattern maker who loves fashion and wants to be part of creating and securing the best fit and shape for our global customer. Key Responsibilities

You will support one or more pattern makers throughout the product creation, from the initial idea until the garment goes into production. Your tasks will be to assist the pattern maker with making measurement charts, assist in fittings, amending patterns, grading, and adding comments on technical details for samples to production, always with sustainability in mind.

Qualifications:

Competence:

• Pattern Making degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
• Basic knowledge from Lectra or similar pattern making software
• 3D CLO or other 3D software is meriting

As a person:

• Passionate about creating best fit/shape and finding best technical solutions for all sizes with our global customer in mind
• Self-driven team player with no prestige and with the ambition to become our future pattern maker
• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
• Are driven by achieving results in an efficient way
• Have basic knowledge about materials and fabrics, production process and garment making
• Strong fashion interest

This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible. The role is located at the H&M Head office in Stockholm, and we work on site.
