About the role As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Business IT Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in improving internal and external systems, data flows, building integrations, and ensuring seamless access to critical data for our stakeholders. As a Business IT Analyst at Xensam, you will be responsible for understanding, gathering, and analyzing requirements from internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges, analyzing systems and processes, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the right teams have access to the data they need to drive informed decision-making and business growth. Responsibilities - Evaluate existing systems, data flows, and integrations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Design and implement solutions to enhance internal and external systems, streamline data flows, and build integrations between different platforms through ETL processes, systems, and code. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and successful implementation of IT solutions. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, working closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues promptly. - Document processes, requirements, and system changes to maintain clear and up-to-date documentation. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Business IT Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Driven and self-going. - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, data management principles, and IT best practices. - Experience with project management and ETL methodologies and tools. - Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) principles and practices is a plus.
